Picking the right agent to sell your property is one of the hardest things to do, we had 3 different agents value our house with 3 different prices personalities and sales tactics. The one thing that stood out when speaking to each agent was One agency talked about them selfs not other agents and had all the current information on hand. One agency valued our home between what we thought was a reasonable selling price in today's market, we had on other agency tell us we would be lucky to get anywhere near the price we were looking for and that a house up the road presented better and was in a better position (with that comment it goes to say he didn't get the listing) One agency was so professional right from the start to finish always notified us after an open house on the same day with the number of people that went through. In the end, our house sold a lot quicker that wee expected and for a great price I would highly recommend Justin and his team from One Agency Harrington.

Justin was very helpful in arranging inspections, even though this was over the busy Christmas- New Year period. He liaised with owners and others promptly and to our full satisfaction, ensuring a smooth transition to our new home.

I called Justin to come and give me an appraisal on my house in Lambert St, Wingham. Justin and Vicki arrived I think that afternoon and like true professionals talked me through all the details and what I had to do to get my house ready for sale. I asked them to give me a week. The very morning after my week was up Justin, Vicki and Pip came out. I signed papers with Justin,Vicki mapped out the house for the floor plan and the wonderful Pip took the most amazing photos of my house.
