Justin has understood my particular needs in purchasing my home. He has been very considerate regarding all aspects of life which I require in a home and community. His brilliant communication skills helped me, in choosing my new home and wanting to be part of this coastal village and community. I was so enthused that I wanted to move quickly and commence the next leg of my life journey. Justin was with me all the way! He helped make it happen quickly and seamlessly with good grace and bon homie. In fact, when we walked in and around the house and then went for an informative drive around the village and lookout, I knew that I'd found the right home. He was patient when I rushed on. From that day I asked if we could hurry the process, he smiled & did just that. 18 days later settlement occurred:). I couldn't have asked for a better agent! At the end of my first day unpacking, I went to Em's Thai restaurant, to bring home a meal and found a magnificent gift pack at my front door. Welcome home! It was so lovely to have a beautiful bouquet on my table and scented candles to mellow the air and ambience. Fantastic! Justin is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever had dealings with!
