Having recently purchased our new home in Bellerive we had the benefit of having Justin as the presenting agent. He proved excellent information and went over and above to answer our questions and providing all available information relating to plans, boundary locations, ongoing expenses and the like. We knew from the minute we walked in we loved the home and wanted it. There was a nail biting wait while other interested parties deliberated over their offers while I ours was in over those several days. We understood the necessity of this of course, as whilst assisting us, he needed to ensure he got the best for his vendor.
