It's our first house and we had tons of questions, some of them might souds silly. However Chris and Justine answered us every time with details and explanation as much as they could. It's a wonderful experience to work with them now the journey of property purchasing.

If I'm being honest I felt a little rushed into signing the contract. But as for after the contract was signed, my experience was fantastic. Was always willing to help and attain or give advice.
We viewed one house that we didn't like in our chosen suburb but Justine took our details and said she'd contact us if anything else came up. Obviously kept our number on a database and sent a text with details of 2 properties a few weeks later, 1 of which we didn't like and the other we bought. Justine and Chris were in contact throughout the purchase and met us and contractors at the house whenever required. Unfortunately the seller would not negotiate on items after the building inspection report so we feel we've paid more than a fair price but this was more to do with the seller than Justine.
We are out-of-town property owners and needed to sell our investment property within a fairly tight timeframe. Living 800kms away meant we needed a real estate agent who we could trust to act in our best interest because we could not be physically present during the sale process.
