was not very happy with her , she new the area well and gave me a sale price that she expected I would get. I followed all her advice on advertising and doing the property up for best results. after the first open home she said we had to reduce the price by $30000 and said it was the area. if she new the area so well why did she tell me a price that she new I would not get and then blame the area. I believe it was just to get my business. I wish she was honest with me from the beginning and would have told me the real price.

Gets the job done

We were just having a look around Toowoomba getting the 'lay of the land' so to speak. After we met Justine we purchased a property that day. The property was not open for inspection but with just one phone call Justine zipped around to show us the property.
