Very personable agent with a very good understanding of Toowoomba market

We had touched base with Justine and Chris about 4 years prior to engaging them to sell our house and had expressed that while we did not want to be followed up, we would initiate contact again when ready to sell. Justine respected this request and we subsequently followed up with her / them to sell our house. Justine's advice concerning presentation, marketing, sales approach and achievable result was spot on and we achieved a far better result than we expected within 3 days of listing. Justine and Chris went above and beyond with follow up and assistance during and after the contract period. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
