We went to an open house that Justine was the agent for. We were greeted with such friendly enthusiasm. Justine gave us all the info on the property and let us look around freely but was there to ask any questions. I went back again the following week and I was running late but I contacted Justine who was happy to wait for me. I had many questions which Justine answered . Anything Justine didn't know she got back to us within 24 hours. We were kept informed of the process regularly after we made an offer and many phone calls were made. We probably pestered her quite a lot but not at any time did she make us feel like we were inconveniencing her . Her knowledge of the local area was if great use to us and the contacts she had were very useful. Justine is very approachable, friendly and very professional . I purchased the home through Justine and when it was time to sell she was the first I contacted. Unfortunately when it was time to sell, it was a separation which didn't make it easy but Justine went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and contacted me every time she needed to.
