Jye was very accomodating when viewings were requested out of the 'open for inspection' times and especially at short notice. He was very friendly and easy to get in with and didn't hurry us along. He has been very efficient in organising the sale and contracts.

It was time, time to sell! Time to bid farewell to the safe haven of this home, time to upsize, time to explore the next step in buying a new house and creating our next home... But with that comes the stress and anxiety of actually entering the real estate word and of course ‘selling our home first’! Would I sell for what I wanted? Was this the right time to sell? Did I make this decision too late? How could we possibly figure this out? I decided to check the local market and see how it was done, after a few weeks of dealing with other agents, it was all Monday morning phone calls telling me I needed to act quick. The right house wasn’t what I wanted, it was their house and I needed to listen to their terrible advice of how I should set myself up to fail in order for them to get their sale! Then I came across Jye & Nikki They showed me through houses and listened to what I actually wanted. Jye advised me it’s a huge decision, don’t rush and when the right house comes along, I’ll know! That’s was it, this was my guy, I rang him and he answered straight away, no leave a message crap I hate, we arranged a time and he was there, listening to what I was thinking & wanted, gave us his strategy and explained the process. It was all sorted, he gave us a list of thing he recommended we needed to do to ensure we got the best result and it was systems go. He was always available to us, day & night via phone text or email! It was a crazy ride, sold almost straight away and within our range and the paperwork was delivered quickly! How easy was this? Nope the sellers changed their minds! I then saw a different Jye, he was genuinely gutted, not for him though, for me! This is where he talent shone, a plan was in place and within 4 days had a better offer and the house was sign and sealed basically straight away! We wouldn’t recommend anyone else, Jye & Nikki is the A team and if you want results this is the team to deliver! Thanks guys :)
