We listed the property with Kade in early-mid March 2020, just before the pandemic was announced. Kade was professional and maintained clear and concise communications with us at every stage, offering detailed steps as to how we could proceed throughout. Even after an accepted offer fell-through, as a result of an unforseen Covid-19 detail, a number of other offers were put forward within a short period and we ended up making more that we had originally anticipated.
