Our decision to have Kade sell our property was the best. Kade was meticulous in his dealings with me, and his advertising campaign. Kade and Kayla gave me a complete report of who had attended the open inspections each week, and their comments. We knew what was happening every step along the way as Kade kept us up to date and involved in all the decisions. Auction day blew me away with his knowledge of the area and his style. Kade is a new agent, he is approachable and easy going, he has the nice quality of being genuine. I don't like how some agents steam roll you, talk over you or don't pay attention.
