Exceeded expectations

To whom it may concern, We'd like to place in writing our extreme satisfaction with the recent work of Kael Sharp of Ray White Castle Hill in the sale of our Kellyville house. Given the difficult market conditions of late we knew that it would be difficult not just to sell our house in Rosebery Road, Kellyville but to do so at a price above current market estimates. Kael was not just any old agent. From the start we were tremendously impressed by Kael's knowledge of the Kellyville market and his clever strategic thinking about how and when to sell our home. He did his research thoroughly, thought creatively and then worked with great energy to market our house. His communications were clear, frequent and thoughtful with us and we figured he would be the same with potential buyers. His advice was always sound and well considered. We placed our trust in Kael and were not disappointed. We first listed the house on December 24th and solid it at auction on January 23rd. We feel that was quick and certainly faster than we anticipated. And the price achieved at auction was happily more than we expected and a result of Kael working both before and during the auction to encourage the 7 registered bidders. We would unhesitatingly recommend Kael Sharp and Ray White Castle Hill to any prospective home sellers in the Kellyville area. They are a fabulous team and did a great job for us.
