Kaeren Smith provided me with a top service when recently selling my home unit. She responded to my request for an appraisal quickly. Her appraisal, and our subsequent discussions, clearly indicated that she is on top of her game and has a very good knowledge of the local market. Kaeren clearly explained all aspects of her marketing and sales plan, so that I was fully cognisant of all aspects of my hopeful sale. I was exceedingly pleased with the quality and brightness of photographs used for the listing and sales board at the front of the property. These certainly helped promote the property to prospective buyers. Kaeren organised open house inspections and always provided me with subsequent feedback.
