Kaeren Smith was the agent for my purchase & later sale of a Tweed Heads property. As it was leased, she had to arrange all inspections after conferring with the occupant. This was neither a straightforward operation for her at either event. When purchasing, she described the potentials of the property for me in detail - balcony use, privacy with shutters, the view, the fact that the view would not be built out, & so on. The later sale took a few weeks, as one buyer dropped out after a time, however another buyer was found soon after & the sale proceeded. I am very pleased with the service provided & would return to TCR Real Estate if I was again interested in buying. Overall we were satisfied with the result. It was a different market to 1 year ago, so we expected to get far less than then . Under the current circumstances with interest rates increasing each month buyers were few and far between.
