Kaeren and her staff have looked after the unit for the 5years I have been renting it. (I live in South Australia) There is a trust that has been formed over that time that gave me confidence in Kaeren and her staff. They always have had my best interest at heart so I naturally trusted that the unit would sell. We always want more money but I am happy with the price considering what I paid for it.
