The agent could not get the buyer to confirm they could settle on 24 June 2024 ... I was relying on the settlement as I had a settlement due 1 July 2024... the agent could not communicate to me that the buyer was able to settle... the buyer then wanted a reduction of $100,000 because they said they did not have enough money even though they had sold their house for $2.8m I had to withdraw from my purchase, and this caused a very large payment to avoid losing a great deal of money. The buyer and the agent caused me enormous stress….

Since July 2023 I began looking at Bonogin to be a potential area to live with the rapidly growing coastal strip beginning to lose its appeal.
