Kahlia has made the experience of selling my unit painless. Kahliai has assisted with any queries, she knows how and what to do. Within hours of giving the go ahead to push my unit to market, we had positive reactions. Home open 2 days later and she had my unit sold. I would have no hesitation recommending her to any person wishing to sell their property.

Acton Belle’s agent was excellent (Kahlia Hamdorf) professional, thorough & engaging. I’ve purchased 6 properties in the region previously & my experience with Acton Belle has been first class.

Had a great experience selling with Kahlia. She was friendly, professional, and always kept me in the loop. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Kahlia gave great advice and worked hard to get a great result. Would definitely recommend!

Kahlia worked hard to meet our needs and worked very well between seller and us as buyers. She worked hard to make it all happen and even assisted us with tenants viewing the property prior to settlement which was a real bonus. Thank you for your efforts Kahlia
