Sale with challenges

Our property was somehow a challenge to Kai--"tricky" in his own words. We broke his record in some ways--it took 21 days before a contract came along, which was slow judging on his history. The timing of our sale was another challenge-- federal elections and rise of interest rates were looming over us. But we got through eventually. Thanks Kai for your guidance, perseverance and understanding. We look forward to our next adventure.
