Kai helped the reviewer sell this property

Very professional, matter-of-fact, communicates at every step. Felt I could trust him to do the best

I found Kai excellent to work with - very professional, knowing the area well, and giving a fair estimation. He communicated with us at every step of the journey, which was very reassuring. Very happy to answer any questions without making us feel ignorant. He explained the process well and we felt confident he would do the best for us. He was sensitive to the needs of all parties involved. I would certainly recommend him highly to anyone else seeking a realistic and conscientious sales agent. The whole process from start to finish was completed within three months. Thank you Kai!
