This is the second time I have worked with Kai and Bergelin Real Estate to sell a property. My experience this time mirrors the same experience I had the first time in that I was represented by knowledgeable Real Estate Agents that worked to get me the best deal possible without inflating the numbers. Kai was brilliant to work with, using his knowledge of the industry to shape a strong sales campaign that had on average eight to ten parties attending every open. My partner and I appreciate his expertise when we needed guidance on sales strategy as well as his understanding when we wanted to change the plan. For anyone looking for a Real Estate and is unsure who to go with, I could not recommend Kai and Bergelin Real Estates enough.
