Kaine and his team were bloody good to deal with when selling my investment property in Cairns. Zero issues from start to finish. Always on time, easy to get hold of, and actually return calls and emails. Hard to find that up here — plenty talk the talk, not many show up. Kaine got the job done with a quick sale less then 20 days and no muck-around. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team.
Kaine was very good at keeping us updated on the interest from the on-site inspections and potential buyers. The overall experience ran quite smoothly from our perspective as the Vendor.
Excellent communication and understanding of the process
Kaine and Bec played a key role in helping me secure the property I wanted and selling mine fast at a great price. Good old fashioned service at its best.
Kaine was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for making the process easy.
Both Kaine and Bec were extremely proactive and helpful in assisting with property inspection and follow up communication. We both really appreciated the phone call from Kaine on the day of the property going unconditional… a really thoughtful gesture. My only feedback is the day of settlement was a bit disappointing, it was an exciting and special day for my partner and I, and to have our final interaction with the business being a receptionist simply pushing a bottle of wine across the front desk and saying ‘happy moving’ wasn’t the spectacular close that we both were hoping for on that day. Overall a very positive experience, just felt really flat at the end…
The follow up after deciding to purchase the property was excellent
Kaine and Bec went above and beyond to achieve everything we wanted
Kaine has made the buying process easy with his prompt communication.
Kaine is great help me a lot. I am distance from the property owner, do not know FNQ property prices movements much, but he is very honestly telling about, also he has got investor buyers. Thank you
Kaine has been very helpful in getting a myriad of issues sorted for me. He has kept me informed in a timely manner. Obtained a quick sale at a great price. Highly recommended.
