Kaining helped the reviewer sell this property

Seize the day!

Kaining had just sold a house a short distance away and not being one to rest on her laurels she came knocking on our door. As it happened we were speaking with 3 or 4 other agents already but her presentation along with Reilly Wakefield sealed the deal. Acting on their advice we steamed ahead with an auction penned for the 29th but then Covid struck and a lockdown announced for midnight on the 27th. With a possible auction by video - not desirable - the 2 of them launched negotiations between the interested parties and at 6.00 on the 27th the the deal was cut. With a very volatile market the pricing expectations were spot on and so i think was a win win for all parties.
