Thank you to Williams Batters for making the Sale process so smooth for me.
I have recently sold my house in Malvern with Williams Batters, and it was an excellent experience. The stressful time of the auction lead up was handled extremely well. Having three Opens per week meant the momentum of interest was kept up during this time. The staff were courteous and sensitive to how difficult this time can be for a vendor. The Auction itself, conducted by Phillippe Batters, was outstanding. Phillippe is a gifted Auctioneer, linking up the various potential buyers, pacing and timing the bids to achieve the best results for all those involved. He would have to be the best Auctioneer in Australia, and the younger Agents are lucky to have him around to learn some of the techniques of conducting a good auction.
