We had never sold a property previously and were very apprehensive, I don't know why. Kal made the whole experience stress free. At any time her response time back to me was no more than 5 to 10 minutes. What I was most impressed with was her availability and dedication to her clients. Example being , I work very late some nights ,and on one such night Kal needed some paperwork signed and returned to her She waited up till 11.00PM until I got home signed ,scanned and emailed them to her .She then rang me to let me know she had received them. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a good ,hardworking and honest agent. I only wish she could have sold our other property ,but as it was too far away it was not doable.
