Communication was poor throughout the process, with delayed responses and a lack of clarity. Their market knowledge seemed limited, as some of the information provided was inaccurate or misleading. Negotiation skills were not evident, and I did not feel they were advocating in my best interest. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, with minimal effort shown to provide support or transparency.
