My property has been listed with this Agent not for so long but the Agent has already proved their performance not only by their words ! My house had been well organised by Kalley Singh to place it on the market just within the first week. It’s unbelievable how quickly and keenly Kalley and their team were on selling my property. They are not local Agent but this was impressed me very much as they spent much travel time from a long distance to showed my house to prospective buyers. We are extremely pleased with Kalley Singh and his team of dedicated colleagues. From day one till the sale date and much after we were continuously engaged, informed of the progress as well as what the trends are like from potential buyers. Where required extra opens were conveniently organised by Kalley's team without much hassle to the tenants at the property. One would often get auto generated reports online these days but then as a vendor your concerns and worries persist and this is where we felt that there was open, insightfull and transparent communication from Kalley Singh and his team. Starts off positive, but unfortunately not to be trusted. All they care about is their commission and not the vendor.

Kalley Singh has an excellent knowledge of the realestate market. He sold my property in very good price in this market where realestate is struggling due to the higher interest rate and low borrowing capacity. He has really experienced team as his team made a promise that they will sell my property by the set date in my expected price and they did it, even sold it before the set date. Kalley Singh and his team is active 24/7 whereas his team did an excellent work. Im really happy and will recommed kalley as my best realestate agent. Thanks kalley singh and his dedicated team.

In my lifetime I’ve dealt with many many different agents / agencies but this experience with Kelley Singh was terrible night mores and I would never never recommend him to anyone. He was absolutely unprofessional, rude and also he was trying to change the architectural design / drawings without asking me , he allowed people to do some work on my property without consulting me.
