I had been looking to buy a property for at least 6 months, but being overseas on a posting had made the whole process stressful and complicated. It’s only when I “met” Kammy (video calls) that buying a property felt achievable. First, he went above and beyond to help me find my dream house, always looking at what was in my best interest (not trying to sell you properties that no one else wanted, or pushing you to buy above your means). Once I found the property, his excellent communication skills helped, both the seller and myself to come to a good agreement in a very short time. Finally, the whole buying process, with the signature of the contract and its exchange, has been a seamless experience. Kammy answered all my questions (and there were many of them!) in a very professional and timely manner, within a few hours, no matter the time zone difference. He never pushed me to make a speedy decision, on the contrary, he gave me the time and reflection I needed and shared his extensive knowledge to help me make the best informed-decision. With his partner, Happy, they even managed to organize a visit to the house within a very short notice (less than 24 hours on a long-weekend) by a close friend who happened to visit Canberra and offered to inspect the property for me. Amazing! I recommend without any hesitation Kammy and his real estate agency for their trustworthiness, reliability, professional and friendly approach. Kammy is true to his words and that, in itself, is unique.
