Great patience to negotiate with buyer in tough selling market

Selling in tough market situation need a lot of patience. There were many open home days no byer showed up. There were many prospective buyers who offered absolutely unreasonable price. There were many open hope days they had to attend property twice- because two buyer requested to attend two different time on same day. Kammy and Gourav handled all these hurdles and have gone above and beyond their responsibilities by coordinating with many Tradies to improve the property outlook, as I was in remote location. They never said handling toadies is not our duty. The time they spent and the negotiation patience they have shown to increase the sale price to an acceptable level, I don't think I will get from any other agent. Their Fee was also very reasonable and they were flexible to give me some discount. I wish all the best for Hawk real estate.
