False advertisement on the inclusions to lure the public and no proper support to the buyer. When settlement date was agreed and I asked for an extension I was told that penalties would apply and the settlement didn’t happen according to the agreed date who is to be blamed. House warming ceremony date was decided removalists were organised and everything was called off at 10pm in the night day before how embarrassing could it be informing friends and relatives at 10pm not to come in the next day for The ceremony. The agent had enough notice to let me know about the situation actual settlement was supposed to happen on 19th March but it happened on 12th April. No proper communication on the exact date until it took place

Kanan charged me top commission what she want and did no negotiating but I was so impressed with her hard work that she did private inspection on Sunday at 4.00pm and took offer from buyer on same day at 7.00pm and met us at 10pm on same day. Guess, offer was really tempting and we accepted it..!!!! We Sold our property on Sunday night...!!! We appreciate her hard work and we made right decision selecting her as our selling agent.
