From the first interaction we found Kanan to be very courteous and invested in her clients. She patiently attended to our queries. Taking our calls (even on Diwali eve). After conducting b&p inspection we requested certain minor defects to be fixed, which she got fixed and went beyond that to identify a major defect with the heating (and got it fixed by herself). During settlement there were some issues with vendor’s documents (unexpectedly), but with Kanan’s help and follow-ups with vendor’s conveyancer it got resolved, and the settlement turned out to be smooth. What i liked most was, as we are a working couple so we couldn’t do final inspection on weekdays, so Kanan accommodated us on for inspection on a Sunday. Thats something we really appreciate.
