Kanan Patel was truly exceptional. I met them at a real estate seminar that was focused on the Tarneit area. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on selling in Tarneit and I’m so thankful I did.  Kanan Patel was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If I didn’t pick up call, then she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I sold a newly constructed house so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, and neighbourhood suburb inspections, and reviewing all the documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treat the situation like She is purchasing/selling the property – she look out for you and have your best interests in mind.  Kanan Patel will work with you to make your desires a reality. Kanan Patel is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kanan Patel was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and She did!  Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic selling process simple. I’ve already recommended her to three of my good friends/relatives. When I am looking to buy/sell again I will not hesitate to call Kanan Patel.
