Professional and Efficient

I recently sold 2/4 Liege Avenue, Noble Park. I handed over the responsibility of the sale of this property to Stockdale and Leggo, because Ms. Kanch Desilva works there. I had full confidence in her capabilities. The property sale took place during the period that the Omicron variable surfaced, and we had to face numerous hurdles due to the restrictions in place. As I am currently overseas, the situation was even more complex. Kanch handled the situation very efficiently, with the cooperation of potential buyers and the tenant. I am very thankful to Kanch for her support and perseverance when selling my property and closing the sale in a reasonable time period. She has excellent negotiation, communication and professional selling skills. I continue to work with her due to her integrity and professionalism.
