Kane was fantastic, he was extremly supportive and underdtanding of our needs and circumstances and went out of his way to ensure we fully understood the buying process and did not hesitate to educate/inform us of anything we were unsure of. His communication was constant and always in a very timely manner. His genuine and caring personality was eveident throughout the process, continuing on after settlement when we needed some support with the new property.

I found Kane to be incredibly enthusiastic to sell the property. His communication was awesome every step of the way, keeping us up to date immediately after inspections and throughout the days and weeks that followed. He and his staff involved themselves in helping physically with repairs to the property and nothing was too much for them to handle to make it easier for us. He has a great team. I have been involved in the buying and selling of five properties during the past twelve months: four residential and one commercial. Out of the five properties, only one other estate agent was on a similar level as Kane in communication and enthusiasm and Kane had the edge on him! Please note that I do not usually give full 5-star ratings when I am asked to rate performance etc but in this case I have broken my own rule and given 2 out of 4, 5-star ratings.

Real estate agents are not always my favourite people!having bought and sold a number of properties in Sydney and in other regional locations. However Kane Downie has been brilliant!
