On meeting Kane I was engulfed in an instant warmth coupled with intense enthusiasm for the task ahead. Selling my mother's house, prior to her death, was a painful process for both of us. Kane was very effective, straight down the line and easy to deal with. I would be happy to purchase through Kane again however he was able to get an extra $10-$15,000 out of us! we are happy with the purchase but his negotiation skills got us to pay above market value. it would have been better if the owner had chosen an inferior agent to market their home that way we could have bought it cheaper. If you are looking to sell through Kane I have no doubts he will exceed your expectations. on the property we purchased a lessor agent would have cost their owner $20- $30,000. I can see why he is the market leader in the area.
