Whilst happy Lavis were able to sell my property my only dissatisfaction was a lack of timely responses to my emails and also should have consulted me as the vendor regarding settlement date prior to making that decision and incorpating into a contract and having purchaser agree and sign the contract. Once I contacted Lavis and explained the property had been vacated they were able to bring the settlement date forward by nearly 5 weeks which could have been achieved at the outset if Lavis took the time to speak with me
