We are trying to buy and Kannan has been the only agent in the area who has dedicated to finding us our first home. His communication is excellent, constantly keeping us informed of new properties on the market or just to see how our search is going. We always feel Kannan is being honest and transparent, and with a great knowledge of the area is able to provide useful insights to aid our search. In the current market where real estate agents can perhaps afford to be less customer focused, Kannan has been an incredible help and has outshone his peers. I only hope the right home for us comes up through him so he can get some reward for all his hard work.
