Easy Handsfree Selling Experience

We had an excellent time working with Kapil to sell our investment property, even factoring in a buyer who couldn't finance it the first time round ( at no fault of Kapils). Kapil kept us in the loop either via phone or group text every step of the way and was a pleasure to work & joke with. Our goal was to have a stress free sale and come the second buyer, was exactly that. He also worked really closely with our conveyancer which also helped smooth out a lot of the extra communication we have had to do in the past. Great stuff mate, I'll hit you up on the next property!
