My experience started with Kapil quite some time ago when he knocked on my door to let me know he was the local real estate guy,from that meeting I not only found a real estate agent but also a mate,at the time I had no intention of selling my house but if I ever needed to I knew he would be my guy,I found Kapil to be very friendly and easy to chat with,I added him to my email list,took notice of his work around my suburb plus laughed at his dad jokes he puts up every week,PLUS I receive a Christmas card in the mail every year without fail,recently I decided to sell my house,I told my partner we will be going with my guy Kapil,he agreed,100% the right decision,straight away Kapil showed us how extremely proffesional he is,had a plan straight up,informed us the way to go about it,gave us little tips along the way to make things work better for us,kept us updated all the way through,Kapil is very knowledgeable about the market around us,if a house has sold up the road,around the corner or in the next suburb he would be onto it to work out how we could make their sale work for us,I couldn't be more happier with how Kapil worked for me to sell my house,im extremely very lucky to have him as my real estate agent but more importantly as a mate,thankyou Kapil,I now know why you are AGENT OF THE YEAR
