Where do I start. I can’t thank Kappa enough for his services. We had our house on the market for nearly 2 years and had two real estate agents that couldn’t sell the house (each had the listing for a year). We changed to Kappa and he was able to sell the house within a month and the price that we wanted to sell. He is very hard working and professional, we can not fault him at all.
