I’m Ma Webber, vendor of 48 Purchas Street, I’ve read a leaflet in my letter box and I call this guy Karan...Just a few days late afternoon he came to my property, straight away after conversation he gave me the price of my property; which I was impressed straight away.. Karan don’t knew that I have a quote of other agent. In short I told Karan , for sure get you back I need another quote ..Respectfully he said ok no problem..Two weeks he follow up me, well honestly I have 2 quotes already which is far low the price quote me...In short Im excited with Karan price, but I just pretend to him saying just wait the right time ..
