I wish i could rate negative!

The experience we as first home buyer had with Karan was worst, he never answered the phones and we had to followup for everything. The promises that were made were all false. The appliances,locks broken that were promised will be fixed within a week after settlement are still not done even after 2months since the property has settled. He is still holding on some of our house keys which is a big security concern and we continuously are calling but he never answers the phone. I will never recommend Karan or capital &co to anyone because the only thing they are best in is in giving false promises! Take your time in searching a good real estate agent and please delete Capital & Co from the list to start with!
