Karen looked after the sale of the home of an elderly friend, living alone, who was moving into a residential care facility. Her caring, compassionate and professional approach was amazing. The service she provided was above excellent...organizing home visits for legal services, house repairs prior to sale, furniture repairs, cleaning, rubbish removal and even helping personally with moving of furniture once the house was sold. She also provided regular "welfare visits" to my friend to support her and keep her updated with what was happening. Great lady...definitely went "above and beyond"

Karen sold our home at the end of 2017. We were downsizeing and found the decison very hard but Karen for months just supported us with no pressure till we were ready. Karen made the process much easier by her patience, support and communication. She gave us good advice in presenting our home and gave us loads of help. Karen worked very hard in selling our home and kept us informed all the way through and achieved the price she stated and what we wanted.
