Karen is without doubt the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is absolutely lovely, genuine and supportive. She is dedicated and incredibly hardworking, organised and efficient. She was so helpful in getting the property ready for inspections - I could not possibly have done it without her. She stays in touch almost daily, follows potential buyers up diligently and is the consummate professional in dealing with everyone. We sold the property in just over 4 weeks when it had been on the market for over 2 years previously.
