To be honest, I don't think I ever written a review... It's not that I don't like reviews per se, it's just that I've never felt the need to write one. Until now... My experience with Karen L Botha was such that I felt compelled to share. It must be stated from the outset that Karen very recently won the prestigious award of AGENT OF THE YEAR! After visiting the very first property with her, it became decidedly clear as to why she was awarded such a title! Professionalism is inherent to her! Karen was across every tiny detail on said property. In all, we ended up visiting 14 different residences together.. This attention to detail was prevalent on all sites.. Even down to the exact land sizes without once referencing any notes. I felt like I was in the presence of a Real Estate Sarvant. But in truth, as we visited each property the reality of the situation became clearer and clearer. Karen simply lives, loves and breathes her role and is extremely dedicated to her craft, her town and the people there in! Plenty of the properties we visited had tenants present. The very warm way Karen was greeted by all really spoke volumes of the person and property manager that she is. It was lovely to bare witness to. When it came to buying one of the visited properties... Karen was...well... it's hard to describe... if the word 'Agent-of-the-yearesque' existed, I'd use that..Although it doesn't exist, I'll use it anyway!
