Moura Real Estate was professional throughout the process of selling my house, however, I felt I continuously had to chase them up for updates, with multiple potential offers falling through with minimal explanation and inspection appointments missed. The original estimate of sale was also over-estimated, as was the demand for the property. Whilst Karen originally informed me she was looking after the sale, another agent from the office then took over the sale with no notification to myself or explanation. Overall, they sold the property in a timely manner, however, clearly have a monopoly on the properties and sales in the region and use this to their advantage.
From reception staff to sales agents, the friendly staff at Moura Real Estate were outstanding! Offering us out of work hours inspections (to suit my hubbys roster) and being available to answer all of our questions! Highly recommend this team!
