Karen is a wonderful person, she is very professional, and thoughtful. We saw a property we thought we had to have. We missed out on the purchase and thought how are going to find something that good. Karen showed us our dream home. Put an offer in the same day. We loved it. Within a couple of days we had purchased an amazing home. Not what we were looking initially but once we saw this property it had to be ours. No fuss no worries and very easy negotiations.
