Karen has now sold 2 of our homes situated in Dubbo NSW. Karen has a wonderful understanding of the market and a strong database of potential purchasers. Karen has sold both our properties on the first open home with the weather against her both times (pouring rain). Karen is great at getting the best result but at the same time looking after the purchasers needs. My one advice to potential sellers within the market is make sure you spend the correct amount time with Karen and take on board her styling tips this is what sold our homes both times.
