Dedicated and optimistic with a most upbeat personality, Karen has been very helpful from the start. She was very generous with her time on the phone and online and even though we were located in a different state, Karen made us feel that she was right along side us in the journey, ever willing to help in any situation and communicated efficiently and responded quickly to any questions we threw at her no mattter how trivial.
