Karen first came to Ray White Canberra Group in 2008 to join the Commercial team, after 3 years working in residential real estate, both in administration and sales roles. It was not long before Karen was promoted to Administration Director heading up all Corporate functions including human resources, operations, communications, events, sponsorship and marketing for the ray White Canberra group. This is where she gained insight into all aspects of real estate operations.
Karen is now Principal of Ray White Weston Creek. Growing up in Weston Creek, Karen is passionate about delivering exceptional results to the region.
Karen is a firm believer of building relationships with people through treating each property and set of clients uniquely rather than simply a transaction. It all about getting the right outcomes for the individuals.
Karen's hands on real estate experience includes rural sales, commercial sales and leasing, residential sales and property management. Further to this she has been involved in several project marketing initiatives and development site sales in the Woden Valley and Weston Creek regions.
Karen also holds a Diploma in Property Services, Diploma in Interior Design, Diploma of Training & Assessment, and is currently studying the Bachelor of Business & Professional Communication. Karen has also been the recipient of numerous awards within the industry as well as the Canberra Women in Business Award for Outstanding Community Spirit.
