Karen is very professional and has a good knowledge of the local area. She is friendly and approachable and was even available to speak to me whilst she was on holiday. She made the purchase easy and if I had a question she needed to check out, she was back to me within minutes with an answer. After a long search, Karen made the transaction hassle free!
