I chose US realestate to sell my home because they could relate to me, and I to them, I didn’t want a slick salesman that wore $2k suits and drove a car worth as much as my home. That style of salesman may give the impression of success to me it says success at my expense, ie quick sales and move on to the next sale. Karen remained positive even when I was ready to accept less, her positive attitude and advice was the reason my home was not sold for a much lower earlier offer. Karen’s believe in her estimated sale price was the sole reason that my price expectation was exceeded.
